Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of inHype, a service that drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice and publishes the ones you approve. By creating an account you agree to them.
1.The service
inHype connects to your LinkedIn account, learns your writing voice, drafts posts, and publishes posts only when you approve or schedule them. You stay in control of everything that appears on your profile.
2.Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to operate the LinkedIn account you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your LinkedIn account secure.
3.Trial and billing
The paid trial costs $1 and includes up to 3 published posts over 3 days, whichever comes first. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (billed monthly or annually via Stripe). You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
4.Your content
You own the posts you publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your drafts and voice profile, sending material to our AI providers to generate drafts, and publishing approved posts to LinkedIn on your behalf.
Review before you approve. Drafts are AI-generated; they can be inaccurate or imperfect. By approving a post you take responsibility for its content as if you wrote it yourself.
5.Acceptable use
Don’t use inHype to publish unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content; to impersonate others; to violate LinkedIn’s terms; or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
6.Third-party services
inHype depends on LinkedIn’s platform and APIs. LinkedIn may change or restrict access at any time, which can affect publishing or analytics. Your use of LinkedIn remains governed by LinkedIn’s own terms.
7.Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including any guarantee of reach, impressions, or followers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8.Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
9.Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app, and the date above updated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
