Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Inhype Live Limited(“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company Number 13379772), governing your use of inHype at inhype.io — a service that drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice and publishes the ones you approve. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1.The service

inHype connects to your LinkedIn account, learns your writing voice, surfaces ideas from your sources, drafts posts and images, and publishes posts only when you approve or schedule them. Optional autopilot features prepare drafts for you but never publish without your approval. You stay in control of everything that appears on your profile.

2.Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to operate the LinkedIn account you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring your use of inHype complies with LinkedIn’s own terms.

3.Trial, billing and credits

The trial costs $1 and runs for 3 days with limited usage. After the trial, continued use requires the Pro subscription ($59/month, billed via Stripe). Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI drafting and image credits; unused credits do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, paid features stop immediately. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may change prices or credit allowances with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4.Your content and licence to us

You own your drafts and the posts you publish. You grant us the limited, revocable rights needed to operate the service: storing your drafts and voice profile, sending material to our AI providers to generate drafts and images, and publishing approved posts to LinkedIn on your behalf. We do not use your content to train shared AI models.

Review before you approve. Drafts are AI-generated and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect. By approving a post you take responsibility for its content as if you wrote it yourself, including its factual accuracy and legality.

5.Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, branding, and content we create — belongs to Inhype Live Limited and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing, and no other rights.

6.Acceptable use

Don’t use inHype to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harassing content; to impersonate others; to send spam; to violate LinkedIn’s terms; to resell or scrape the service; or to probe, overload, or disrupt it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7.Third-party services

inHype depends on LinkedIn’s platform and APIs and on other providers (payments, AI models, hosting). LinkedIn may change or restrict access at any time, which can affect publishing or analytics. Your use of LinkedIn remains governed by LinkedIn’s own terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.

8.Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including any guarantee of reach, impressions, followers, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you approve and publish, your breach of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights or of LinkedIn’s terms.

10.Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature survive (content responsibility, liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and venue rights of your home country.

12.Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app, and the date above updated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Contact: Inhype Live Limited, United Kingdom (Company No. 13379772), vadim@inhype.io.
